Security & Privacy
Rock The Boat uses the latest SSL technology to secure our web site and your information. When shopping you will notice a lock or key symbol in the status bar of your browser. This indicates that information sent between your computer and our servers is encrypted for security.

Rock the Boat collects your personal information when you order from us. We do not sell our customer information to third parties. We only use your information to process your order and to contact you with regard to our web site.

Payment
We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept checks or money orders. Rock The Boat is owned and operated by Digital PressWorks. Your credit card statement will show Digital PressWorks as the merchant for your purchase.

We authorize all credit card payments soon after you place your order, including a verification of your credit card billing address. This may show as an outstanding authorization on your credit card account. However, we do not actually charge your credit card until your order ships.

Shipping Information
We ship our products direct to you via major carriers such as UPS, DHL and USPS. Standard Ground, 3 Day Service, 2nd Day Service and Over Night Service are all available. We also ship Internationally and to US Provinces. We charge applicable carrier rates for your shipment plus a small packaging and handling fee. Generally, all orders in stock are shipped within one business day of receipt, although a small amount of our items are shipped from distributors that may require 2 business days to ship. We make every effort to get expedited orders shipped as soon as possible. When an item is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know how soon we will get the item in and when you can expect your shipment.

30 Day Money Back Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. View the important details of our return policy. Contact us to set up a return.

If you recieve your product in non-functional condition
On rare occasions a product is shipped with a manufacturing defect. We understand this is frustrating and we want to make correcting the problem as painless as possible. We first require you to contact the manufacturer's technical support, even if you have a professional installer. The manufacturer will know his product better than anyone and can best determine the problem. If the manufacturer recommends replacement we will take care of that for you. If you are in the Continental United States we will dispatch UPS to pick up the product. They will bring a prepaid label. We will simultaneously ship you a replacement product. Warranty/Repairs
All of our products are warrantied by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty and/or repair service. Each manufacturer handles warranties differently. If the manufacturer instructs you to return the product to us for replacement we can help you. Some manufacturers may refer you to a repair center in your area. Returning a Product
Please contact us before sending a product back to us! We have a system in place to make the return process as painless as possible. To better serve you we must assign an RMA number to your product before it can be returned. We cannot accept returned products without an RMA number. We are here to help, so please let us help! Please keep in mind that the return process usually takes 2-4 weeks for return shipment, restocking, and refunding.
